Dr. Neal joined CR in 1983, following completion of a nuclear radiology fellowship at Southern Illinois University (SIU) School of Medicine in Springfield, IL.

He earned his medical degree from SIU School of Medicine in Springfield where he also completed his diagnostic radiology residency.
