David R. Alexander, M.D.

Dr. Alexander joined CR in 1995, following completion of a vascular and interventional radiology fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago.

He earned his medical degree and completed his diagnostic radiology residency, both at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, IL. He completed a vascular and interventional radiology fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago.
